Method
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes and serve warm.
