Easy Creamy Tuscan Chicken (30 Minute Dinner)

This creamy Tuscan chicken is rich, flavorful, and ready in just 30 minutes. Made with juicy chicken, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach in a creamy sauce, it’s the perfect comforting dinner for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce becomes creamy.
  8. Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
  9. Simmer for 2–3 minutes and serve warm.
