Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Toast the slice of whole grain bread until golden.
  2. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast.
  4. Cook the egg in a pan to your liking.
  5. Place the egg on top of the avocado toast.
  6. Sprinkle chili flakes and serve.
